WHAT WE DO

At Jireh Global, we build and provide support systems to help ministry leaders remain healthy and equipped for ministry. We are committed to serving leaders as they faithfully fulfill their call. We are not simply sending Church leaders out, but journeying with them for the long haul.

Through Jireh Global and our resource partners, we provide services designed to strengthen and help guide leaders in every season of their ministry—start to finish. These resources include partner benefits and support, professional counseling services, financial and retirement planning, post-mission field career planning, ministry education and development resources, in-person and online training and development, and on-going pastoral care.

We believe those who spend their lives pouring into others should also have community walking with them and pouring into them. Our pastoral care model is built around spiritual support, encouragement, mentorship, and accountability. Additionally, our goal is to build a meaningful network of relationships so ministry leaders and their families do not have to serve in isolation. Our intention is to help provide the care and connection often found within a healthy local church community for all of our partners, including those serving in the most isolated places in the world.
